February Paint Out

The February Paint Out will be on Sun., the 14th, at 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon.
The church yard will remain open after church. There are the some of the oldest headstones in Charleston and the oldest oak tree acccording to the groundskeeper. You can also get an interesting view of St. Philips.

January Paint Out at Magnolia Gardens

The date of this paint out has been changed to Jan. 16th in order to coordinate with the Charleston Art Guild annual paint out at Magnolia Plantation and Gardens. Go to the CAG website for information about activities to promote the gardens in winter. It's a great place with all kinds of subject matter, and Guild members get in free year round.

Cashiers NC Plein Air Paint Out

William Jameson Workshops

He has a lot of plein air workshops coming up. There are three this summer in Saluda, NC. I have heard they are really good. See website link in "links" column. They were also mentioned in the Nov. CAG eNewsletter.

Dec. 12 Paint Out Mt. P Waterfront Park

Yes it will probably be cold and/or windy, but come anyway. I have not been here before, but plan to set up somewhere with a good view of the bridge. This Spring will include locations on Folly and JI. If you have a preference please email. (picture from counton2news website)
